E³UDRES² stands for Engaged and Entrepreneurial European (3xE = E³) University as Driver for European Smart and Sustainable (2xS = S²) Regions.
... is a European university alliance that follows the premise of "From Europe – To Europe". This alliance aims to create an entrepreneurial and engaged European university as a driver for smart and sustainable European regions.

The initiative of European universities aims to broaden the horizon for young Europeans, allowing them to cooperate across languages, borders or disciplines, but also to address the social challenges and skills shortages faced in Europe.
It is a flagship initiative of the European Strategy for Universities, which seeks to support the strengthening of the dimension of excellence in higher education, research and innovation by promoting cooperation between higher education institutions in Europe.
E³UDRES² works in research areas such as Human Contribution to Artificial Intelligence, Active Well-being and Aging, as well as Circular Economy.
